Privacy Policy

We use your information to:

• Provide the Service — show you the calendars you follow, deliver messages, and keep your feed in sync across devices.
• Personalize your experience, such as suggesting events and calendars you might care about.
• Power AI features you invoke, like extracting event details from an image or generating event artwork.
• Send notifications you’ve enabled — event reminders, invites, and messages.
• Keep the Service safe: preventing spam, abuse, and unauthorized access.
• Understand aggregate usage so we can improve All Time.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t use the content of your private messages for advertising.

If you connect a Google account, All Time asks for access to Google Calendar so it can import the calendars and events you pick and keep them in sync in both directions (events you create, edit or delete in All Time are written back to your Google Calendar). We use Google user data only to provide and improve these user-facing calendar features. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not let people read it unless you ask us to (for example, for support), it is needed for security or abuse investigations, or the law requires it.

Limited Use statement. All Time’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

No AI/ML model training on Google user data. We do not use Google user data, whether raw, aggregated, anonymized or derived, to develop, train or improve any generalized or foundational artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model. We do not transfer it to any third party that would use it for that purpose.

You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your profile. This stops the sync and revokes our access. You can also remove All Time’s access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

All Time has optional AI features. They run only when you start them:

• Import events from a flyer, photo, PDF or voice note. The file or recording you choose is sent to our AI provider, which transcribes it if it is audio and pulls out event details for you to review. This feature works on content you supply, not on your Google Calendar data.
• Generate event or calendar artwork. When you ask for a banner, we send the event or calendar title, and its description, location and color if it has them, plus any creative direction you type, to our AI provider to create an image. For an organization’s calendar, its brand colors and logo may also be sent so the artwork matches. If that event or calendar came from Google Calendar, those fields come from your Google Calendar data.

Our AI provider. These features use the OpenAI API (OpenAI, L.L.C.), called directly from our servers. We do not route requests through any AI aggregator or gateway, and we do not run self-hosted or offline AI models. Under OpenAI’s API data-usage policy, data sent to the OpenAI API is not used to train or improve OpenAI’s models unless the customer opts in, and we have not opted in. OpenAI may keep API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring before deleting them.

What we never do with AI. We never use Google user data or your personal content to train, fine-tune or improve AI models, whether ours or anyone else’s. We use AI output only to show the result to you inside All Time.

• With other users — content you post to public calendars, events, and groups is visible to others. Your profile visibility (public or private) is controlled by you in settings.
• With service providers — trusted infrastructure partners that host our database, authentication, storage, and push notifications (for example, Supabase and Google). They process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
• With AI service providers — when you use an AI feature, we send the content described in “AI Features & AI Providers” to OpenAI, which processes it on our behalf to return the result. OpenAI does not use it to train its models.
• For legal reasons — if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of All Time and its users.
• In a business transfer — if All Time is involved in a merger or acquisition, we’ll notify you before your data becomes subject to a different policy.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it for legitimate legal or security purposes. Content you shared with others (like a message in a group chat) may remain visible to them after you leave.

We protect your data with industry-standard measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, scoped access controls, and row-level security on our database. No system is 100% secure, so please use a strong, unique password — and tell us at team@zenkoders.com if you spot something that looks wrong.

You’re in control of your data. At any time you can:

• Access and update your profile information in settings.
• Make your profile public or private, and block users or chats.
• Turn push notifications on or off per category, or entirely in your device settings.
• Disconnect integrations like Google Calendar.
• Delete your account, or email us at team@zenkoders.com to exercise rights you have under laws like the GDPR or CCPA (access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection).

All Time is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country), and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we’ll remove it. Our Child Safety Standards describe the safeguards, reporting tools, and enforcement we have in place to protect minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy as All Time evolves. If a change is material, we’ll notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
